1. Security Update | “Data Copy Protection” Now Enabled by Default

• To strengthen the protection of candidate data and reduce the risk of bulk data collection by AI Agents and other automated tools, “Data Copy Protection” has been enabled across the system. The security level is set to “Enable for both lists and details,” covering candidate list and detail pages. This update is already in effect, and no manual action is required.

• If your business requires a different security level, go to System Settings → Module Settings → Talent → Data Copy Protection to adjust it. Please carefully evaluate your business needs and potential data security risks before making any changes.
