Protecting talent data remains a key priority for Gllue. To further safeguard personal information and reduce the risk of unauthorized bulk data collection by AI agents and other automated tools, last night’s release enhanced personal information protection and introduced Agent access monitoring.
Enhanced Personal Information Protection
Personal Information Protection is now enabled system-wide across candidate lists and detail pages. Candidates’ phone numbers and email addresses are hidden by default, and users must click “View” to access them. This reduces direct exposure of sensitive information and makes bulk collection more difficult.
This feature is part of the system’s standard security policy and cannot be disabled by administrators.
New Agent Access Monitoring
A new “Agent Access Restrictions” section is available under System Settings → Security Settings. It allows administrators to monitor users’ access to Gllue through third-party agents, helping identify potential risks and strengthen access management.
From protecting sensitive information to monitoring automated access, Gllue continues to strengthen data security. We will keep investing in and enhancing these capabilities to better safeguard your organization’s talent data.
