The job processes are standardized. Only the participants of the job can move candidates for the job through the following job processes:

Longlist
CV Sent
CCM

Onboard
Revenue Split

It is recommended to record feedback (Pass or Rejected) for the following processes:

CV Sent
CCM
Offer

The lead time is calculated from the original starting date of a job to today, until the job is closed. The time intervals between processes are automatically calculated, starting from the time of first instance.
