You can access and track your own revenues in real time. Navigate to Home and click Revenue Analysis.

If you are a team leader, you will be able to access the Revenue Analysis of your team members. Team leaders can set annual performance Targets for their sub-teams. The targets can be broken down into monthly targets in the Revenue Analysis.
