1. After six months of beta testing and improvements, the Forecast module is officially launched!

• Helps Leaders and Consultants to finely manage forecasted performance for the next three months.
• This feature is turned off by default and needs to be enabled by the administrator in: Settings – Report Settings – Forecast.
• Supports custom success rate calculation methods (manual assessment or automatic determination based on the job process).
• Allows entering one or multiple Forecast records within a single job.
• Supports Forecast data statistics and visual analysis by user/team dimensions.

2. Supports defining the fiscal year and enables viewing revenue reports by fiscal year.

• This feature is turned off by default and needs to be enabled by the administrator in:
  • Settings – General Settings – Localization.
• Once enabled, the revenue reports and target management will support fiscal year-based performance and completion rate statistics.
• After enabled, the date component will support searching by fiscal year.

1. Enhanced localization settings capability, supporting custom date formats.

• Settings can be accessed at:
  • Settings – General – Localization.
• Options include setting the system default language; the start of the week for calendars; and date/time formats.

2. Supports custom display of names (including candidate names and user names).

• Settings can be accessed at:
  • Settings – Module Settings – Talent – Talent Name
  • Settings – User Management – Users – Display

3. Release notes now support multiple languages (Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English).

4. Videos within Gllue Academy now support subtitle switching (Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English) and playback speed adjustment.
